The Somerset Area School District offers students many great opportunities to earn college credits while they are still in High School. Dual Enrollment classes allow students to earn college credit through a partnering College or University. Somerset Area High School currently offeres 14 unique dual enrollment eligible classes through Saint Francis University, Mount Aloyious College, Allegany College of Maryland, and Penn Highlands Community College. Advanced Placements courses allow students to take a nationally-recognized exam to earn college credit for some high school classes. Somerset currently offers 10 AP-eligible courses.
